Boil 2 cups of water. After boiling, pour the water into a bowl and add up to 10 drops of oil. The steam coming from the water will cause the oil to evaporate quickly, thus diffusing its aroma into the room. It is advisable for this type of aromatherapy oil diffuser, to use fewer drops when you're using an oil that may cause irritation to your mucus membranes, such as cinnamon, eucalyptus, rosemary, pine, etc.

Aromatherapy Oil Diffuser - Candle

Perhaps, the commonest one and the easiest. This type of oil diffuser has been around for centuries now. Light a candle and allow it to burn for about 5 minutes. Extinguish the candle, place 1 drop of essential oil in the melted wax (not on the wick) and then relight the candle. The essential oils will start diffusing into the room.
